Lawrence A. Husick’s forty-two years’ experience as a technology consultant, computer system designer, and software author, as well as his thirty-eight years of experience as an intellectual property lawyer give him a unique perspective on the process of innovation, and the uses of law to add value to innovation. As a founding member of GSXPharma, he applies his background in both law and technology to innovate in healthcare.

Mr. Husick holds a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Environmental Chemistry from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where he also did graduate work in microprocessor systems design.

He is a partner in Lipton, Weinberger & Husick, an intellectual property law firm, and is also an adjunct professor at the Johns Hopkins University in the Whiting Graduate School of Engineering. He serves as a Senior Fellow of the Foreign Policy Research Institute’s Center on Terrorism, Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security and as co-director of the Wachman Center Program on Teaching Innovation. He is a founder of several entrepreneurial ventures, including Infonautics Inc.(now HighBeam), PocketDoctor.com and Cloud Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Joseph R. Greenberg, DMD received his dental degree and post doctoral dual specialty training in Periodontics and Fixed Prosthodontics/Periodontal Prosthesis from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he attained the rank of Clinical Professor of Periodontics. Dr. Greenberg is also Adjunct Professor of Restorative Dentistry at The Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University, has served on editorial boards of professional magazines and authored more than 30 dental related articles. He has maintained a private practice in suburban Philadelphia for more than 35 years.

Dr. Greenberg holds fellowships in the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Philadelphia, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

He is the Founding President of Kids Smiles non-profit Children’s Dental Health Centers ( www.kidssmiles.org ), and currently serves on the Advisory Group for the Pennsylvania Oral Health Plan.
Stephen H. Sinclair, MD: A graduate of the University of Pennsylvnaia in biochemistry, and then a Thouron Scholar to Cambridge University, England in biophysics, he then graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1973, followed by training in ophthalmology at the Massachusettes Eye and Ear Infirmary and then as a vitreo-retinal surgeon at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Sinclair practiced in full time academic vitreoretinal surgery for 20 years, first at the Univ of Pennsylvania and then at Drexel-Hahnemann Medical School where he developed the department as Professor and Chairman.

Since 1998, he has continued in private practice as a vitreoretinal surgeon and until recently served as Adjunct Professor in both the Drexel University Colleges of Medicine and of Engineering and as Adjunct Professor at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Salus University. Dr. Sinclair has taught ophthalmic surgeons around the world through Project Orbis and teaches multiple surgical specialties regarding the enhancement of vision for surgical endoscopic dissection, having developed the first surgical simulator and subsequently consulted with the development of VR Magic, the current leader in ophthalmic surgical simulation.

His research continues in the development of many digital devices among which are the laser doppler measurement of retinal blood flow, the measurement of resolution visual fields under real world luminance and contrast conditions, and the development of ophthalmic image management and annotation systems to improve the viewing and comparison of images from multiple ophthalmic imaging and vision testing devices acquired for a patient over time with the intent to develop digital methods to improve AI assessment. Currently he is working on the improved imaging of retinal and brain neuronal apoptosis and on the use of Ramon hyperspectral imaging to examine mucosal surfaces and improve the inflammation in dry eyes, nose and mouth. He is the founding co-director of Sinclair Technologies LLC, GSX Pharma, and the Clear Vision Foundation. Dr. Sinclair has received Honor and Senior Achievement Awards from the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retinal Specialists and has published more than 100 original scientific papers and holds more than a dozen device and drug patents.
